Delete your Bright & Early account

You can permanently delete your Bright & Early account and personal data at any time.

Delete it yourself, in the app

1. Open Bright & Early.
2. Go to Profile → Account details.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Or request deletion from us

If you can't access the app, email support@brightandearly.work from the mobile number/email on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity
• Your worker profile (trade, skills, rate, service area, bio)
• Your portfolio photos
• Your identity-verification record: the last 4 digits of your ID number, legal name, ID, passport and permit photos, and selfie
• Any certificates or credentials you uploaded
• Bookings and reviews associated with your account

What we may keep

We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records), for no longer than legally necessary. These are not used to identify you in the Service.
